ABOUT SILVIA
Born and raised in Utah County, I have spent almost as much time now living in Millcreek as I have anywhere else. I've made Millcreek my home and I am raising my kids here.
I have a bachelor's degree from the University of Utah in Communications and Journalism. My professional background is in marketing and public relations, and I currently freelance in the little spare time that I have. I also have an MBA from Western Governors University.
I volunteered for six years with my Community Council before running for City Council in 2016. After Millcreek's incorporation, I saw a nexus for me to continue my involvement while building something new and exciting. I have loved serving this city. It gives me great perspective, and always energizes me to do more.
